The two above me are correct. Ebay and Paypal may be affiliated, but unless you have an agreement ....(they used to call it a subscription - as in - Subscriptions to pay your Ebay fees automatically, now they call it Billing Agreements)...Ebay and Paypal are separate entities for all it's worth.

Are you SURE your ebay account is suspended? Because there are spam emails going around that say that, and then they take your money. And yes, you can transfer money from paypal to your checking account.

The terms of BOTH companies restrict you to one personal and/or one business account. Attempting to bypass restrictions on an account by opening a new account is grounds to to permanently barred from the site. Actual enforcement varies. A eBay owns PayPal, I suspect they can still collect fees owed from any balance in your PayPal account, but I am not certain. I am certain they can take you to court for debt to BOTH companies.

Just log into paypal and click on the part where it says to withdrawal. Put the money in your paypal account back into your checking account.

Although ebay and paypal are both connected, if you are banned from ebay for any reason then you can still log in and use your paypal account as usual.
To withdraw money from your paypal account simply log-in as usual and click the "withdraw" tab from the main toolbar.
Good luck and i hope your ebay acount is re-opened soon.
