1. Looks. afterall it is whats on the outside that catches your eye.
2. Her Mind. smart, able to hold a conversation. This is what keeps a man interested
3. Her interest in me....Does she seem to really be interested in what I am about.
4. Interests....do we have roughly the same interest and enjoy doing the same things.
5. moral and ethics...do we seem to share these
6. Her Heart....this is what will make us fall in love.
now if you wanted to know just about looks...I can't help you there becuase EVERYONE has their own taste.
some like skinny girls, while some like fit, average, or curvy. while still others like chunky or big girls.
some like red heads, blondes, brunettes or black hair
some like ethnic girls
I think most would agree that they like girls who look good with little or no make-up....that way when they do wear make-up it makes them even more beautiful.
Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder.

Beauty is skin deep so the saying goes.
However it is human nature to look on the outside first, and then proceed based of what is pleasing to the eyes.
Natural beauty is by far the best outcome as many guys look at girls who try and improve thier looks with makeup/jewelry as a girl with some inferiority complex or a attention starved person.
On the deeper issue, morality, good character, and an understanding person who can return love in a compassionate manner.
