Ok, so im 5'5 89 pounds (( and deff NOT anorexic/bulimic, eww )), ive got brown hair, green eyes and tan skin, what should i do to change my look? In a good way, obviously... i want to change it up and look less "girl next door" but i definetely dont want to look like a whore... and suggestions?

First off you are terrible under weight. For your height you should be around 120lbs.
Next I would find a good stylist and get a hair cut and maybe a color depending on how much money you have. New hair can do wonders.

Color your hair black, use light make-up but emphasize the eyes, & wear clothes that will make you look mature.
