I live near Corpus Christi, TX, and they have a gorgeous memorial to Selena on the waterfront. If you're ever down this way, you should check it out.

My son listens to her all the time, he loves her music. Such a senseless act of violence.
Her husband has probably moved on as best he can, as others noted he has remarried.
Her music will always live on.

Yeah, that was very sad what happened to her. I heard rumors that she may have been pregnant at the time,too. What a loss of a incredibly talented, gifted, soul. I hope Yolanda rots!

I felt bad for him also, that was such a senseless murder, but I do believe he re-married and had a baby if I'm not mistaken. Good for him!

he's moved on and has healed his heart from heart break and now is re-married and a father to 5 yr old girl

i do too! everytime i see the movie it makes me cry because he was so heartbroken because they were going to have a baby too! it does make me sad even tho it happened so long ago. heartbreak never goes away.
