Tell the truth. If you really just need a job, say so. Tell him/her that you are reliable, hardworking, dependable, and would really like to be employed at a company with such a good reputation. Ok, that last part may not be true depending on that particular company, but it never hurts to kiss a little butt during an interview. If you are trying to get a security guard job, your career aspirations will be of little interest. They want people that will show up and do the job they are supposed to do. Be respectful, positive, and on time for your interview. You'll do fine.

Never say you just need a job, or they'll give you one scrubbing toilets.
if the position is a security guard, well, you might feel it's a goodplace to learn responsibility, to learn how become dependable and how to depend on other people. Often,it's not the right or wrong answer but the best answer that gets you somethere.

When you are called for an interview your prospective employer will be more interested about your character and attitudes more than anything else. They already know about your qualifications from your resume. So when asked this question explain why you like this job and why you think it is important to you, your agency and client companies. I hope this helps.
Peace and every blessing!
