sorry im asking agin but...im worried my moms getting me an appointment though. i get pains in my lower back and stomach and the left and right side i have ireagular periods but im just 13 also the pains just come suddenly and i want to fall over sometimes my stomach makes a weird sound not like a growling sound but its really weird and it hurts! what do you think it is i heard it could b an ovary cyst

Or stomach cancer. Or your appendix is infected. Or a kidney stone. Or a very active ulcer. Or anything really.

It's possible you're just having premenstrual cramps. or you could have a retroverted uterus which accounts for the terrible pains.
However, if the pains are also located in the lower back, i would certainly consider also some IBS as you mention that your stomach growls and cramps. You should be careful in watching what you eat. Drink a lot of fluids, eat vegetables and fruits and a high fiber diet.
Having irregular menstrual periods at 13 is normal. No, I don't think, you have ovarian cysts.
I was diagnosed with IBS (ruled out for endometriosis) and I know how excruciating the pains can become when the attacks come.

At 13 irregular periods are normal. I suggest you speak to your doctor about the possibility of endometriosis. Especially if the pain coincides with your period. Ovarian cysts tend to be painful when they burst so if your pain is ongoing, it's not a likely cause.
