I like Itzel, Stefanie, Eden, Evelin, Uriel, Sergio, and Alan.

Stefanie, Eden, and Evelin are okay for a girl, but they aren't something I would pick.
Erick and Alan are the only two boys names from that list that are okay.
Any of the rest of them and the poor kid will be tortured in school.

Stefani and Eden are good for girl names
Erick and Alan for boy.
Remember the kid will have to live with this until s/he can have it leaglly changed. Itzel? Really?!?!
I can imagine the kids on the school yard now, Itzel bitzy spider!

Just a warning, unique isn't exactly a unique name. It has been gaining in popularity and is in the top 50 names in the country now. I like them, although calling a boy Eden might go badly.

Unique is not unique. my sister is a teacher and had a student named Eunique, and she couldn't even spell her own name. it also is kinda silly, it's like naming your kid Weird.
I like Stefanie, Eden (girl), and Erick
