Hie Esmat. Well in my country Malaysia we live in diffrent races but to as I am an indian, what do a men look for ni his wife is resposible, love, thrustworty and also loyalty. Because when a wife has come to the husband's house, she plays a big role, that is she have to take care theneeds of what her in- laws wants especially parents, besides in the older generations when a family comes and ask the girl. The girl must at least know to cook well, and must at least know how to dance the indian classial dance or sing the indian classical dance but now days generation they will find out how high the girl has studied and if she is working wht is her income. As for the guys it is the same but the only diffrent is that he must take care avery good care of the women and must be a very resposible person to take care the both of their family. This really happens in my customery of a ceremony. Hope you liked it......

in india people from different faith live here.i am born as hindu but i have faith in all.i respect all and believe in humanity which is superior then all.in hindu s wife looks her husband as a god.she worships her husband.in a year she does one day fast called karvachouth and open her fasting after worship of full moon and her husband.this is totally a day for husband.during the fast they both enjoy, going to the market,film,wife puts mehndi made of hina[tatoo] on her hands.in the evening all women together perform one worship also.the wife gives some gift to the mother-in-law and wife prays for her husbands long life.man looks in his wife a girl friend as mostly marriages are arange marriages.openly he looks his wife as a mother of his children,this is the reason india is most populated country of the world mostly the men think a women a machine of producing children.this not every where as many people are educated also.they both respect each other and treat each other very well.besides it some shameful things also happens for women.that is dowery,illtreat by in-laws,many women are effected by this.there are laws for this also,but all women did not get justice as they did not reach to the court.so all type of women and men are living as a husband and wife.this depends upon person to person.

I'm an American and here there are no specific things its different for everyone but for the most part its either good sex or money and there is no real sense of commitment that's why we have such a high divorce rate very seldom are the marriages for the right reason.

I found in my husband that he is my best friend and we can always talk about anything no matter how little it is, and he will stop everything he is doing if I need a shoulder to cry on.

In a husband I would look for someone who would be my best friend. Someone to grow with & experience everything in life with (good and bad).
