I get theese sharp pains on my left side of my chest. They last about a couple of seconds and don't get them very often, but when I do they really hurt. I dont get them very often either but lately i've been noticing I get them more often. Please help.

these are heart vessel spasms, they are temporary and often in young peaple but if the frequency is increasing go to a cardiologist to get checked.
