money can both hurt and help a relationship, but only indirectly.
for a relationship to be excellent, it needs to have some set of characteristics (set x,y,z)
money can compound that set of variables to make things either better or worse, depending on what the relationship is like without considering the money factor.
so a really healthy and excellent relationship will be made more so with money to do things like take vacations and see the sites, while a vicious relationship will be made even worse by money's influence.
i don't really know, this is just what i thought of just now.

The richer people divorces more because they're so busy making even more money. They have no time for each other. If your really poor then it's bad too. Or if you have a lot of money then it's bad also. not so rich and not so poor would just be good. Well I have a friend she is really rich she have no problem with money. But her husband never give her time she always cries. Women and men don't care about money that much all they need is very storage relationships and real love from each other.

Security is often sought in a relationship and usually plays an important part in giving a measure of worth to that relationship. Given the social climate and our economic situation- money can play a key role. It does depend on values though. If a value system places importance on materialism, then being able to produce/acquire material is therefore established as a point of focus. This is generally the case- as far as I have observed.

Yes.
Don't even consider talking to me unless your have your own source.
Money establishes a situation of power and inequity. The person with money typically uses money as a means to manipulate and control the person who lacks the money.
Any discrepancy in finances always places a strain on a relationship and starts the couple of with a power struggle.
Men are particularly notorious with using money to attempt to exert control in relationships.
Many divorce stats cite money or finances as the major cause of marital discord and divorce.
Not only is their the issue of money, but also attitudes about money. A spendthrift and a miser are two who would quickly find themselves in divorce court.

OK, I've seen this miss quoted twice here so gotta say it . . . the "LOVE of money is the root of all [kinds of] evil", not money itself. It's a quote from 1 Tim. 6:10 of the bible. It's a significant difference, as the state of our heart is what makes the difference, not money itself since that's just an object and doesn't, in reality, DO anything to us.

Money- the most cruel instrument that man ever invented, spoils not only relations, but also all other values of life.
On the face of earth there are billions and billions of lives are living including human species. Scientifically, biologically, logically or philosophically there is nothing difference between one and another.
The life is beautiful and important to every living creature.
But is money is there controlling other species apart from human?
Even we consider only human species, there are nearly 600 millions humans are living on this planet. And about 200 millions are living in cities, where money is ruling. But other 400 millions are living in remote villages, forests, mountains, or in tundra........where this power of purchase of the bloody
paper is not at all working. They live in Devine peace and harmony.
Money is our own problem. God is unaware about it.

Money is the root of all evil. Or so 'they' say. If money is the root of a relationship, then it makes a difference. But if people aren't so materialistic and greedy, and realize there's more to a relationship than material things, then they can work regardless of money situations.

Money only affects a relationship if you're relying on someone else to buy everyting and you're not married.
My friend and her bf just broke up because of this. He expected her to pay for everything, but she only makes minimum wage. He was out apartment shopping behind her back and then told her he wanted her to pay for it. She can't afford that. So she dumped his sorry butt.

Money is money and relationship is relationship, love both of them rationally, you will have no problem. Running after either of them irrationally makes all the differences.

Money should make no difference at all if you both Love each other!
If it causes too many problems, sit down together and discuss financial situations.
