Anyone that is full American can become president they have to be good at politics and raising money. Money is the secret, if you can raise enough money that means you know a lot of people who know people and you also need to run a campaign that includes ideas that the people want. And about Barrack Obama get back to work your state needs you, for crying out loud if I have to say it "PLEASE" after all we are paying your wages.

Blacks, Mexicans-Americans, Asians and other colored people can become Presidents because there is no prohibition as to color in the requirements to become President under the Constitution.

there is an threat for each individual. what does race could do with it? they are freely elected human beings, you do in comparison to that? or perhaps you basically want some style of quota gadget for being president? there are basically as equivalent plenty threat for a black, hispanic or asian individual to be president as there is for a white individual.
