why is the government against us???

why do people have to struggle and struggle and struggle with working and having money? i dont believe there should ANY homeless people on the street. everyone should be able to live like a rockstar. big money makers like the hilton sisters can waste their money on stupid **** like a purse that costs over 2,000$. when they could buy a 20$ one at walmart and save the rest to get a damn EDUCATION. i dont know about nikki hilton but paris is so damn stupid it pisses me off. stuggling and doubt was in the past, this is effing 2007, so much technology, money. their just wasting it all. why cant life be easier than what it is, life was harder 200 years ago and weve come this far, so that everyone should have better lives. the government is taking our money!does anyone agree?

im not talking about everyone in the world being able to drive cadillacs or anything like that, people need stuff to live, food is getting expensive, too, general appliances are expensive.ect...

I think you bring up a few solid points and indictments on some of our more vain rich folk we have in this country.

Where I would disagree is that our poor are complete innocent victims and that it is the govts job to try to create social justice for them. The only way that can be done is through income redistribution and that means a progressive tax system, taxing the rich and businesses to death, huge welfare roles, massive govt entitlement programs, more big govt, more mismanagement, more layers of govt garbage and taxpayers money ggoing for nothing. And for what? All to slow the economy down so the very poor people you are trying to help cant find jobs? I dont know about you but Ive been lower middle class all my life and everytime they raise taxes, I get NO richer.

The best way to help and empower the lower class of ANY country is to back big and small business. People only succeed if they can open the businesses theyve always wanted to and get the jobs theyve always wanted to.

Jesus said we will ALWAYS have the poor with us. Not because of the evil rich ppl or we dont have a good enought govt, but because of sheer circumstance and personal failure.

If you pay people to be poor, youre going to have ALOT of poor people!

You got it target pegged right on the head: It's ALL about the $$$$!!! And this isn't a new facet of our "free, democratic" society....governmental corruption has been going on ever since organized governments were established.

Why? To banally brow beat the "commoner" economically; feel that rush of power and control. Money maintains their affluent lifestyles--and buys much much more sweeter things like executorial privileges.....and don't forget that "get out of jail for 'free' card".........

Our politicians focus more on their career retirement portfolios than put out a measure of care and concern for US: the godd@mn people who ELECTED them into a job!!!

Blame US....you, your neighbor, any adult stranger you see on the street----we all ALLOWED this economic robbery....but did you know we also have RIGHTS to recall / impeach elected officials???????????????????????

Why should you have to work anyway? Haven't you heard our streets are paved with gold? Oh I am sorry. If you are an illegal we will shower you with welfare and medicaid. Your kids will be educated for free, we will provide you with medical care, etc. If you are unfortunate enough to being a working American you will need to keep working to pay for those above benefits.
