What happens to my body after my soul has left doesn't concern me much. Whatever would comfort my family and friends the most is what I want. If they would like to hold a big, formal funeral, that's fine. But if a cremation would be just as good for them, that's fine too. If they want to put my ashes on the mantle, OK by me.
If THEY don't care either, then I want to be cremated and have my ashes spread on a pretty trail in the woods somewhere.

When my time comes I prefer to be cremated and have my ashes scattered in a favorite place.

I would probably prefer a ground burial. It just seems more traditional and accepted.

No ground burial for me. My funeral is already planned for when the time comes for me, the furnace is waiting! afterwards my ashes are to be scattered on the moors.

Cremation for me! No dam bugs eating on my body. If I'm dead, get it done!
