well because the lines are parralel, the slope's are the same. Now fill in y=mx+b. M is the slope. So we already know that it will be y= -5x because -5 is the slope. Now, look to find where the y intercept is to fill in the value for b. This is a little tough to do in your head so i recommend using graph paper for this. Plot a point on a graph, and count 5 spaces down, and one space to the right until you reach the y axis. The y intercept will end up being -15, so the answer is y= -5x - 15

-5=-5(-2)+b
-5=10+b
b=-15

y=-5x-15
