A typical taco truck taco, 4 inches in diameter will be about 120 calories.
2 - 4inch torillas at 40 calories each or 80 total calories
1 oz. meat 30 calories
Onions, cilantro, salsa 10 calories
It can be more or less depending on what you add or remove.

Nothing but pure ignorance on this thread...except for Jim G ...the only one who knows what he's talking about. These tacos 120 have about calories. The authentic taco truck corn tortilla is only 4 inches in diameter. The amount of topping is small...it's a really small taco...you can eat the whole thing in one bite. On the other hand, a burrito usually comes in 12 inch diameter flour tortilla, that has 200 calories. The average burrito with meat, beans, and rice...averages around 800 calories. A super burrito with soure cream and cheese, and perhaps guacamole...then it goes way up to about 1200 calories. Aside from Jim G, all of you are clueless. And the dude who mentioned Taco Bell, please, that garbage is not an authentic taco...that's Americanized fast food junk. A small corn soft taco is actually pretty low calories...now...if you eat a dozen...then you are getting up there...so it's not the content of the food that makes people fat...is the CALORIES you consume...and the LACK of exercise. EDUCATE yourselves.

Get a calorie book..you have to estimate the amount of each ingredient in the taco and then add all the calories up and get a grand total:) I have done it many times.

A small serving of taco is around 370 calories. A large serving is around 570. The largest one is Double Decker Taco Supreme (Taco Bell), a 7oz serving is around 420.
