The grudge and The ring are the two movies that i could NEVER sit down and watch ever again (Not that my eyes were open the whole time through watching them)

I saw the ring 2 and it didn't bother me like the first did for some reason. I hired out the ring at my bf's house, i put it in to play it (i got it cuz he'd never seen it) I didn't even get as far as watching ANY of it. I put it in and it got the menu bit where u can select a scene or watch the movie - and in the background there was tiny snip its from the movie going on. I nearly died.

One of the best movies that I think I have ever seen, and yes if you watch the movie it will fulfill both , is Mulholland Drive the movie starts out seeming to be some want normal until about half way through you git this creepy feeling that not all is as it seems and you start to figure it out until the last 4 minutes and then well that would spoil it now wouldn't.

I work at AMC and i heard that if you see Disturbia at night by yourself it will scare the sh*t out of you... but i also heard that Next is good until the end.
Hope this helps... Just another note May is a very busy movie month... you should check them out whether they are scary or not.
Altering perception... not sure i understand, but if i'm right you would probably like The Invisible... again i have NOT seen it but many good reviews on it...
