OK... here goes...
The answer to the first part of your questions is a bit complicated... If you asked a 1oo people i but they would say YES she is...and thats my opinion as well...
IN my opinion a person is NOT a virgin once they have MADE LOVE meaning not only just sex but sex that means something on a deeper level...
SOME people would say that she is a virgin until she has sex with someone else inserting something into her...
Either way YES she is still a virgin !!
Actually the hymen has little to do with wehte ror not she is a virgin anymore... that can be damaged or broken lots of ways... it could happen if she uses tampons and if she does tounch herself like you said above she has probably already broken it... not everyone bleeds and has a big production of it... It just happens its not a big deal... little girls can break it when they are playing roughly and fall the wrong way...is she every stradled a tree branch while climbling or landed on a fench trying to climb it or stretched (like in dance class)...
Im not sure why you wanted to know but i hope that helps!

she may or may not get it torn ;
A hymen is the thin piece of tissue that partially blocks the entrance to the vagina. It is sometimes called the maidenhead or cherry. It is named after the Greek god of marriage and has no known biological function ...
There is a small opening in it to let blood flow out of the vagina during a period.
Some hymens are elastic enough to permit a penis or finger to enter without tearing, or they tear only partially, and there is NO bleeding at all. When adequately lubricated the vagina is fairly 'flexible' and will stretch without discomfort for most women
Most women are born with a hymen, a thin piece of skin that partially covers the opening of the vagina.

Her hymen may be broken, this happens with inserting objects in her vagina, like fingers, hair brush handles, and other things like a vibrator, but to lose her virginity would accrue if her and a boy friend have mutual organisms, and each discharges their sperm in her vagina.

I girl is a virgin until she has sexual intercourse. What happens to her hymen depends on many things. Whether a girl/woman still has her hymen or not has nothing to do with whether she is a virgin or not.

Of course she is still a virgin if she has only fingered herself. I think a person can only lose their virginity once they have actually had intercourse.
