Would you want to email him/her? What if they didn't accept emails? Would you hope that they would email you?

The top top contributor is a little bit of a celebrity - I would secretly be pleased that he answered one of my questions, but would not want to receive or send emails.

Yes that would be nice but I understand that many get lots of emails and can't handle it so they turn email off because they don't have the time to answer or reply to many messages

They have answered some of my questions and I enjoy it when they do . They are just regular folks like us , I don't think they would expect an email or have time to answer actually , but they may well do that .

Top contributors are regular people just like everyone else on here. I send emails when people irk me......& I hope people who I irk will email ......thats it, no celebrity status.
