~i would do some research as to what the day likes (to lure it in)
~go out--and--get it
~put it on some stickey tape
~and catch it
if that didn't work
~i'd find out when it flies
~then wait for it to land
~then, using the previously stated method, catch it.....
...lol...^_~

In what way do you mean "catch?" Store? Remember? Reflect on? That can be very insightful, if not overdone. Pleasant days remembered are great. My philosophy is to "catch" them when they're here. And, dear heart, days "fly by" just as they "creep by." Hmmm. What do we do with "creeping" days?

Try Fly tape. If that doesn't work, take a few minutes out of each day to reflect on it.

Aloha from Down Unda!
Yeah, I know...I'm 56 years old & been married to the bride for 37+ & yet it seems like last week!
The BEST way is through a dream catcher like MSNSpacesLive, Yahoo!360 & yes, even MYSPACE!
It's the only way to be able to reflect & share with some level of appreciation that NONE of us are gittin outta here alive!
Best wishes ~ K-den, M1/NSWMoke ;-)

If you learn to meditate, you also learn to be aware and observe your sensations and feelings throughout the day. I find that the days I pay close attention to everything within my sensory realm (thoughts, sensations, feelings, actions, etc.) and I don't go off into la-la land, the days are much richer and last much longer.

We can always revel in the memories.
Or... we can just make sure that we try and appreciate each moment. Just take a second to savor a breath or something close to that.

We put them down on fly paper and hope we remember them better that way.

I your close enough, focused enough, quick enough, then you can catch them. If you fail, you try again.
