I doubt Cena would have faired any better if he had a kitchen sink. Cena gave Big Show the FU at Wrestemaina 20, so I know that he can FU Khali without a major problem. Big Show weighed 500 pounds back when Cena gave him the FU. Damn, Khali is going to be a huge mountain for Cena to climb.
