Not necessarily, it could mean a slew of things ranging from them not liking a certain thing about you to just spacing out, and plus, two seconds is an immensely short amount of time to really make up ones mind about if he/she is attracted to the person or not

No. Sure, males and females are different, but we have some similarities too. When we stare at guys, it's for a variety of reasons. Same with guys. Maybe it's attraction, maybe it's repulsion, maybe it's just plain curiosity.

haha NO! it's only 2 seconds!!! and he could be staring cuz you look funny or something...i don't know, not being mean or anything. i don't think you can determine if he's attracted or not just by noting how long he stares. sorry.

Probably, but not definitely. If he does it often, then yes he is likely attracted to you. Just one time may not mean anything though.

Not always; he may be looking at something else. If he approaches you, that's a more reliable indicator of him being attracted to you.

Yes, it's true and also, if the pupils of his eyes get large when he sees you, that means he's interested. Men are easy to figure out.

ive always thought that if he looks and then looks a second time then he likes you but you can just kinda tell when they think your cute because its a certain look
