Instead of Procrastinating and asking random onliners on what to do, just get it done then the nerves will go away.
Good Luck!

Everyone gets nervous when there is alot riding on something. First of all you have got to stop focusing on how bad you did on your last presentation it's over and done you can't change that, but this one doesn't have to go bad. You did the research you know the material.
I can believe I am quoting Yogi Berra but he said " You will always be right 100% of the time if you believe you will fail then you will fail, if you believe you will win then you will...." in you case believing you will make a bad grade. Have fun and laugh at yourself if you do make a mistake it happens.

I get really nervous before I go on interviews. Try to do the following things:
1) Take a good half hour and plan through what you are going to say... or... just talk for 20 minutes out loud (in a closed room!!)
2) Practice deep breathing
3) Understand that you might be more knowledgeable about them in this topic. Share your knowledge with them
4) Understand that nerves just sometimes don't go away. It may be a fact of life, and is totally normal.

All these things might help you.But my advice is figure out what your afraid of first. For example I used to be nervous about playing sports. Then I realized I was realy afraid of making a mistake on an easy play and being made fun of so I decided that I wasnt going to care if I made the most ridicoulous mistakes. This helped me out alot.
So i say figure out what frightens you the most about doing a presentation and in your mind let it happen who cares whats the worst that can happen.

Practice. Recite over and over again.
Go to bed early. (That means soon)
Have a good breakfast the next morning to give you energy so you won't become shaky from anxiety.
Believe in yourself. (Most important of all)

Honestly, here's what you need to do! Fake it. Fake your confidence. Look at people and pretend you know what you're talking about. Look specifically at people's eyes and just speak in a very determined way. Believe me it works and people will just think you are confident. You can act it first and feel it later.
