My mother in law used to work at 7-11. When i was pregnant with my youngest, I'd get cravings for cheddarwursts and nachos and I'd run down there in the middle of the night so she could hook me up and then one day she wouldn't give me any food. I was crushed until she told me what she'd found in the food earlier that day...

I suppose most of it is. Read the labels. If you can't pronounce it, you shouldn't be eating it.
