Honestly I watch both equally
I go back and forth with the remote...lol

VH1 definitely!! I don't watch it a lot, but when I do, there's usually something good on it. :)
I never watch MTV anymore, because for years, it's been a network that plays just about everything BUT videos! Which is ironic, given its name and its origins. *wry smile* And on the off times when it actually DOES play videos, they are of songs or bands that I either don't know, or don't like. And I don't particularly care for all the other shows it has either; there's only so many reality shows viewers can take, MTV! Hello! I was a devoted MTV junkie all throughout the 1980s, when music videos were all the age, but not now. :(
As a child of the 1980s (I graduated high school in 1990), I totally love VH1 because it caters much more to people of my generation. :) I still don't like how it doesn't play enough actual VIDEOS, but at least when it does, they're videos I enjoy. heh And I also enjoy a lot of its other programming as well, although certainly not ALL.

I watch MTV more. I really enjoy the real world, engaged and underage, and a few other shows. The only show I watch on VH1 is the surreal life.

VH1 over MTV...i use to watch MTV in the 80's and early 90's when it was GREAT...now it sucks!

vh1 has better shows but mtv is good 2

VH1. I used to watch MTV all the time in the 80's, but now it sucks! It's all stupid reality shows!

VH1 is the one i watch the most( * mumbles under my breath*..... like i had a choice...) because MTV doesn't play videos anymore and when they do play them they cut them in half and play way too many reality shows

VH1!!! It's generally a much better channel. The Best Week Ever and their countdowns are always hilarious. And they play good movies every once in a while.

I watch VH1 for the shows but switch to fuse for music.
