Considering a steep 75 deg angle the car must be moving on circular path and being held up by centripetal acceleration a. I assume the value of this acceleration is in question.

There is a balance of forces one is gravity (weight W=mg) and the other is the centripetal force F=ma (a- centripetal acceleration )

First W
W= mg= 1500 x 9.81=14,715 N
N= W sin(90-75) = 3808 N
T=Wcos(15) = 14214 N

Then F
F=ma
The normal component of F is Fn
Fn= N(total) - N
Fn=Fsin(15)
F= Fn/cos(15)
F=(N(total) - N)/cos(15)
F=(21,000 - 3808)/cos(15)= 17,800 N
then

a=F/m=17,800 /1500=11.9 m/s

cos(75) =
0.2588490451 * 21000 =
5435.199947 / 1500 =
3.623466631 m/s^2
