Are they all "dead"? Then you just might be in too much of a hurry, and they are just taking their sweet time about waking up.
But if some are leafing, and others aren't (and they are the same variety, of course -- some varieties wake up later than others), then yes. Cut out the dead ones. It looks nicer, and it'll keep you from getting scratched when you pick the berries later.

The canes that are dead are the canes from early last year that may have set fruit last year. In the fall the next season's canes grow and fruit in the summer of the following year. You will have last season's dead canes each spring. Cut at grown level only. Do not dig out.

Make sure they're dead first. Cut a piece off. If there's green in there its just suffering a little but might come back. If its dry and brown cut it out.

Too early to touch them give it a month, its cause your in a hurry, plant food helps regenerate the plant, they are hardy plants.
