When someone like Rosie O'Donnell and others that dislike Bush can say on prime time TV that he was the person behind it with no proof or expertise on the difference between an airliner hitting it or being set with explosives,that is not freedom of speech,when the press reports news that favor only their side of the story and omit other pieces of information that might contradict their report they are no longer people of the press but used car salesmen.We as a nation have now abused the right to bear arms,the freedom of speech and freedom of the press,the fall of the roman empire,the spanish empire,the british empire and the french empire has taught us nothing

From what I do understand of your freedom of speech, it only does protect you from protection against government interference. However, if someone says something and represents or works for a commercial interest, that interest may fire, reprimand etc. him/her and would not be a violation of freedom of speech.
