it must have been three or four years ago, I was fully employed, had money, slept in, went running, went to a meeting, saw friends, played music, did some writing, ate mexican food, painted, and got to breathe fresh air, forgave those who hurt me, made amends to those I hurt and for that one moment, everything was okay and I was at peace. I lvied alone at the time.
I can honestly say I have more good days than bad now.

The day my daughter was born. I had been having contractions for 2 days and was tired and in intense pain, but when I got to the hospital I sat down under a nice warm shower breathing in nitrous oxide and eating pancakes - I told my partner that I felt like a princess. A few hours later I saw my daughter for the first time and she was amazing. Then I got to eat a cheese sandwich and lie around in bed for the rest of the day. Perfect.

I can't remember the best day of my life. I'm not sure if I ever had one either. I had a few very good days but not the best I think...

The day my son was born into my life, is the best day from my past.
For my present the day love presented itself to me recently.

Very interesting question I'd say, about which you should get very good responses.
Mine is the day I hit two home runs and two singles with a
three stolen bases to win a ballgame for my team, 1957,
on Long Island, on my way to a triple crown season.

The best of day of my life was when my brother (currently 5 years old), was born. My mother had many complications throughout her pregnancy, we didn't think my baby brother would make it.
On May 25, 2002 My brother was born. I was so happy!
I know he is my brother, but I often think of him as my son.
That was the best day of my life.

The day I started doing weightlifting.
21 years ago, 1986.
That was the beginning of completely changing my skinny body to the strong and muscular body I have today.
And a bonus! Even though I get older and older, my body stays the same! Big and strong!!

When I was little(real little)asking my dad to push me on the swing at the lake by are cabin, they are big swings and go real high like you are going to the tops of the pine trees,he would push me for along time and then he would pour buckets of water down the hot slide for me,as I continually said"look dad, look at me"This happened on more then one occasion, but I remember one day in particular and I think it was the best day of my life.

1. The day I was honorably discharged from the @#$%^ Navy. I stood at the front gate at Norfolk Virginia holding my green card and had tears in my eyes.
2. The day I graduated from college and held my B.A. in PSYCH in my hands. I was as happy as a clam at high tide.

When i was in Manhatten one night with a group of people I met this girl who i didnt know well but felt some strange connection with - we never said a single word to one another but when we got in a taxi she took my hand and we stayed like that the entire night not saying anything to each other. It was strange, not sexual or romantic but more like a literal unspoken connection with another person.Never forgot it.
