Since there is no true hermaphrodite (having both fully-developed sexual organs) they would probably just go to the prison of whichever sex they are most like. You know, how they've been living their lives.

Maybe they do time in the women's prison, and then they do the other half in the men's.

That is OK. I understood the question.
I believe it is womens. They seem to have all women parts and men parts, so they seem to be classified as women.
AND I COULD BE WRONG. This is just a guess. So everyone, be kind!!

They go to whichever the judge thinks they will survive...I was in prison with one..she was born with both, but mostly female
