you could say society is out of date just because of the advances in all of the world. we dont advance too much, but when we do, it is a good thing. Society will never be out of date, because there is no standard for society, like there are in jobs and other places of business and commerce. The US is a first world country, in other words we have all the luxuries, but third-world countries dont hav anything close, so i guess you could say they are out of date.

Uuuhhh In what way? I think people would be a lot happier and content if we were to go back several years. Out of date from the 1940s. Yes. Out of date for the 2000plus--no, I guess not.

I'm reluctant to answer any questions with general terms such as "society". I live in a fairly repsonsive society. Granted, the laws are generally out of step with where the social conscious is on any given issue, but that admittedly takes time.
