Yes. Mostly the football and basketball coaches. Sorry to all the coaches out there. They spent a lot of time rehashing all their games, etc. We had one teacher that was ill and took naps. One that told war stories--we never knew whether he was telling the truth or not. We used to listen to the World Series in class.

ha yes. Ive had a few. the one that sticks out the most was my japanese class teacher. She has ADHD sooo she couldnt really keep track and she always wasted time talking about her pet bee and what not. it was rather entertaining at times though.

I had a teacher who said Uhm over and over - we got sick of it so we started counting - he said it as mush as 800 times in a 60 minute class. If that's not time wasting what is?

Actually we did. They get paid for teaching not lounging, time killing or storytelling. So we took that higher up and had this teacher fired. Not only did we lose time, but our grades dropped off the map, parents got involved and termination was the best answer.

I had a Government teacher that would start class 20 minutes late and talk to the blackboard and so quiet that we had to keep asking him what he was saying.

hey bro i got this funny teacher name Kruse. haha all he dose is read the announcements, and tell ppl to get to work and goes sits on his computer desk...for like the next almost 2 hrs, haha and he can see everyone talks cuz were yealling throwing stuff, last week two guys were calling eachother names and were about to fight and he looks at them says "shhhaaaattttaaappp" like in an annoyed voice and they just sat down lol, but i love him hes a cool teacher

Yes. My french teacher just talked about himself and his life for every french lesson i had in year 9.
I couldn't of gone on to do a French GSCE even if i wanted to ... because i didn't learn ANYTHING that year.
Seriously by the end of the year...less than 5 (A5) pages in my french book had been written in....

had a prof in criminology who had heart probs and was constantly popping pills and cutting class short. so he didn't waste time he got right to the point...he wasn't about to kick the bucket during class!
