I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT GIFT FOR ANYONE!! Get a Japanese or regular puzzle box (it's a box that has a secret - easy or sometimes hard - way to open it, and then a little secret compartment inside) and put some jewelry or whatever inside the secret compartment. There are SO MANY different kinds of puzzle boxes...here are a couple of good websites:

omg something like a cute frame that says best fren on it or something they really love but maybe you can get creative and make a frame that has both of your names and the date and that says best fren on the bottom that will be totally cute!!

ahahaha, i had to laugh at that first answer. my friend thomas got me one as a joke for my birthday. if youre old enough, and shes a girl, hey why not! but i think if you want a meaningful gift you should make something like a scrapbook or something.

it depends i dont know if your best friend is a girl or a guy but you can give them a gift card to their fav store and also take them out for a treat. Simple i know but its the simple pleasures of life.
