Three things can help in controlling time, from the standpoint of the master.

1. To go back in time and prevent something from happening you know happened--thereby slightly changing everything that eventuated after that moment.
2.To rescue something or someone who otherwise would be lost in the past.
3.To dsicover the future and either stay in it, improve it when you return or help to make in less bad when you return to your own time.

What I would change is to go back to ancient Ionia and lead the Greek fleet to victory against the Persians.

I would use it to avoid an untimely death (of either myself, someone I loved, or anybody). Say I see a car coming at me head on, I'd slow down or stop time in order to give myself time to react. I wouldn't go into the future (unless it's one second at a time), or the past. The future is uncertain and the past is too dangerous -- too many paradoxes.

If I had the power to control time would I use it?

YES I would.

I would go back to June 1967 and prevent those racist Israel Zionists from killing Americans on board the USS LIBERTY.

Yes, now, and I just want to. I'd want to change a few key things. See what happens if not good then go back and stop myself from doing something for myself.

yes. i would go back to things in the past that i did that'd ruin my chance at something good in the future. And of course,be careful not to change too much.

I wouldn't mess with time, because if you slow it down, we have to do everything in slow motion, and if you speed it up, we have to do everything fast. If you stop time, we become like statues, and I think that would not be fun.
