people have found a ring on his finger and think he is engaged i am not sure though so please answer.

no he isn't. that ring came from mikey before he got married to alicia, so mikey is just giving it to gerard. its like a promise ring, but that doesn't mean he'll get married to eliza, his gf.

you can see the ring on his finger in the video for "i dont love you" but im pretty sure hes not engaged, mikey is on his honey moon though
