There's dust over everything and big sheets of plastic balled up in the driveway. Aren't they meant to take care of that themselves?

Depends on how your contract with them was written. The small print matters. Check the contract and see what it says. This is one reason you never pay in full until the job is done, cleanup included, to your satisfaction. If you have not yet paid them in full you may have some bargaining room.

By renovators you mean you had your house remodeled then the crew are not maids. If you can't clean the dust hire a cleaning service. The plastic balled up in the driveway is a different matter, they should have hauled their trash away.

you must have had a contract or agreement with them on what they were to do...Didn't you? Read it. you can withhold full payment until they keep their end of the bargain. If these guys do this job for a living- they can't afford to get a "negative response" from anyone of their former customers.
If they are fly by nighters needing "beer money" then you are hooped...for they could not care(especially if you already paid them in full)

Call the contractor and ask him about this. If he refuses to discount the job and refuses to clean it up, then file a complaint with the BBB. good luck

call them back and tell them to get back to your place and clean up the mess, if that dosen't work either don't pay them or call your State Home Improvement Commission

Clean it up & dump it in his front yard!!
Kidding, deduct the cleanup from your bill, & do'nt recommend the slob to anybody else.
