I would have to say the french maid. I also say to get waxed, wear the heels, makeup and the wig. If you are going to do it you might as well go all out with it. If nothing else your girlfriend will get a good laugh.
But one thing she should add to this list is a pair of fish net panty hose.

You should dress-up as a French Maid, plus you do need to get your legs, chest, your whole body waxed, even your eyebrows & shave your underarms, wear a pair of 5" high heels, wear full make-up & get a manicure & pedicure too. Plus don't forget those long false eyelashes and a nice big pair of breast forms along with sexy black lingerie and long curly blonde wig to complete your new look.

The first suggestion is good, ESPECIALLY the warm up portion and stretch. EVERY exercise routine needs a good warm up and cool down. For some added cardiovascular exercise, try jacks for 1 minute 30 seconds and then at the end a 30 second burst of jacks as fast as you can go. This will elevate the heart rate and REALLY work you out. Doing these in intervals as the first person said, is a good way to break it down. Jacks are hard to do for an extended period of time. I would wax you 100% starting with your eyebrows, remove all your hair below your eyebrows including your pubic hair, have your hair dyed and permed, full makeup including full glossy red lips, the French maid outfit on the link, and nice 3 inch heels.
