Installing Mac 10.4 Tiger On A Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop With 80 GB and Windows Vista Home Edition Installed On It. Is there any way that I can create a separate partition on my hard drive to install Mac Tiger 10.4, and if possible HOW much space would I need to partition?

there is a way, its called virtuial pc 2007.
