About 2 yrs and some months ago my sister started dating this guy. He has a wife that he's been married to for I think about 8 yrs. They have one daughter together and one that isn't his but calls him daddy and my sister has a son with this man and another baby on the way. He keeps saying he is going to divorce his wife but it has been 2 yrs since he has said this. She keeps saying she went and got the papers since hers are free otherwise he'll have to pay $330 that he cannot afford.
At the beginning of the relationship this woman would call my sisters house asking for him and even my mothers house saying she was his wife. He denied it and she knew he was living with this girl but still wanted him back and to this day I think she still does. Later my sister found out that he was emailing her, chatting with her online and telling her he loved her, he was even staying at her house (he lived 2 hours away) when he was gone but hasn't since, they've been together everyday. Any thoughts?

My sister keeps getting mad and keeps asking him. He tells her he's going to get the papers but seems like he is stalling. It is hard to tell for me if he is being real because I cannot read minds, but I am worried about her.

One other thing up until she was 6 months pregnant with her first everyone in his family said he wasn't married, they made it look like this girl was crazy.

The truth of the matter is he may NEVER leave his wife for your sister. In fact, I don't think he had any intentions to or he would've done it by now. Tell your sister to smarten up and leave him alone. Afterall, he is still married and your sister is trying to come in between their marriage.

first off you should be worried. He still has feelings for his wife. He should not have involved your sister nor should she have gotten her self involved with someone until they were divorced. The deed is done now and his WIFE and he still have feelings for each other. I don't feel badly for your sister, but for the children that they've produced together and put into a horrible situation. EVERYONE knows that marriage is sacred so why do they even lower themselves to sleep with married people? If no one slept with a married person they'd actually have to either fix their marriage or get a damn divorce. Your sister needs to stop thinking of getting this man. He is using her and his wife and wants both. She needs to be the grown up and end it so that she can focus on those babies and not show them it is okay to be cheaters too. Children suffer the most from affairs. But losers that have affairs or involve themselves with people that are married are selfish and don't think about anyone but themselves.

He will not leave his wife for someone else plain and simple he has too much to lose and by the way it seems he just wanted a dish on the side and that was your sister. Your sister needs to stick him with child support and after this baby is born she needs to keep her legs crossed and stop bringing babies in the world that only will have 1 full time parent.

Why in the world would your sister even want to marry someone that can't afford 330.00. and to have kids by him.I just don't get it, why have kids. Tell your clueless sister that
he will not divorce his wife why should he, he has his cake and is eating it to. Now he has an excuse to go see both women,just tell each one that he is going to visit his kids.Boy does this guy have it made or what. I didn't say clueless to be mean just tell your sister to open her eyes.

This guy has issues!!! He is obviously saying things that your sister wants to hear. If he has been saying that he wants to divorce his wife for two years now I think that its not in his plans. Your sister needs to move on with someone who is not involved in a relationship. He has caused too much problems and doesnt really care.

your sister doesn't have any sense... who in their right mind would have two kids by a married man?
married men usually don't get divorces easily... his wife could "take him to the cleaners" through divorce. i don't know many judges would would look kindly upon a man who went out and got another woman pregnant and had two kids OUTSIDE of the marriage... he's not going to get much (or nothing) if he divorces.
i hope your sister sees the light and moves on.
you can worry but you can't change your sister's thoughts or ideas about this man. don't try. she is apparently one who has to learn things the hard way. sorry to hear.

MARRIED MEN LIE ABOUT THEIR SITUATIONS AT HOME.
Now show that to your sister and tell her to get the paternity tests to prove he is the father, and have some child support withdrawn from his account.
Now, since he was willing to cheat on his wife, and make 2 babies with your sister, what in the hell would possess your sister to think he would have jack squat to do with her? He used your sister like a piece of meat and SHE let him.

He won't divorce her, men like this are no good pieces of crap, and he found him two women that will put up with it! Hes got his cake and is eating it to! Your sister needs to throw him out like she would a sack of moldy bread, in a heartbeat!
If a man can have 2 women, he will, you have to set your boundaries and follow them through no matter hard it is! You have to stand up and be a women, and have a little self respect! Cause he sure don't! Not for you or the other girl! I hope she figures this out, cause so many women sit around and do anything to please there man, I say please yourself!

Sorry to say this, but your sister is very stupid.
I hope you learn from her mistakes and you do not follow in her footsteps.
This man will not leave his wife and he does not love your sister. He likes that she is there for him and lets him use her, but he will get tired sooner or later and he will dump her.
People like your sister should not be allowed to have children.
