Happiness is a realtive term - we all give up on some sort of happiness when we move to the next phase of our life. I think we give up personal happiness for the good of our family when we get older.

No I have never focused my happiness on just one thing or person, so while their have been blips on the happiness chart, there is always something there to remind me that the world hasn't ended, and that yes indeed life will go on.
