It climbed all over my deck, I had it for 2 years, so far haven't seen any flowers? What can I do to make it grow flower? Is it a male plant?

Your Wisteria is reluctant to bloom because it has not reached maturity. All vines will bloom, but it may take 5-10 years to produce their first flowers.
All or parts of this plant (seeds) are poisonous. Pruning is needed to contain this very vigorous vine. Fertilize with Plant-tone, Holly-tone or a water-soluble fertilizer. But, keep in mind, that another reason for failure to bloom can be excessive fertilizer (particularly nitrogen). Wisteria has nitrogen fixing capability (provided by Rhizobia bacteria in its root nodules), and thus mature plants may benefit from added potassium and phosphate, but NOT nitrogen. So check the label.

.....Although
.........it may take a few years
.........for wisteria to bloom,
the vigorous vines will rapidly climb any strong support for quick shade. Wisteria quickly forms thick multiple trunks although it can be trained to a single trunk for a standard tree form. The stems of this fast-growing deciduous vine can reach 25 feet, giving it a mature spread of 40-50 feet.

i started mine from a twig i took off of a trellis that had wintered. i first put it on a trellis in my front yard where it wouldnt grow after the trees leaved. after a few years of this frustrating experience, i moved it closer to the house--- sheltered and easier to winter. It went nuts the first year. it had grown to my second floor!!! i feed it blooming bush fertilizer during the months with no R in them. my flowers get to look like grape cluster and are a pleasure on my balcony of my bedroom. thus, i learned they dont like shade or oak trees, they like to be near the house foundation cuz they are a southern plant and dont winter well. i water as i do my roses but is really self sufficient. good luck
