It's pretty sad to say that Mo Rivera has only one save. In half their games, if not more, their starters (when healthy) has gone less the 5 Innings pitched. Their bullpen has over 75+ innings pitched. And last the ERA is well above 5.

idk where you are, but Yankee fans aren't moanin about A-Rod anymore (i'm a Yankee fan and i think its dum dat dey boo'd him and now dey cheer. it makes no sence).

The pitchin isn't horrible its just dat dey bullpen is WAY over-used. the starters, as you said, haven't gone over 5 innings per start.

I don't know of any Yankee fan who is moaning about A-Rod. If they are like me then they are moaning about the pitching staff, it is beyond ugly. I realize that they have gotten off to miserable starts the past three years now (11-19 in 2005), and that three of their starters have been on the D.L. Still, the starters have got to do better. The bullpen started out great, everyone was brilliant at the beginning (well, except Farnsworth). When the bullpen has to pitch 4-5 innings every night, it's going to wear everyone out. The night off tonight will help a lot, and if they can get some length out of their starter tomorrow night, things may start to turn around. The Yankees haven't hit well for a week now, but they'll start again soon, so that should also help. The problem is not A-Rod or Torre, it's the pitching!!

As long as A-Rod keeps up what he's doing, yankee fan won't give him a hard time, but at the end of the season when he has a chance to get out of NY, he will....
You're right though, the pitching stinks and the problem with Rivera, is that he hasn't had much of a chance to actually save a game. the rest of the pitching staff has ruined it for him

Had you asked this question last year I'm sure you would have gotten a better answer. Unfortunately this year A-ROD has been on fire and is currently on pace for over 100 homeruns. Their are no moans from us Yankee fans right now. The only moaning we are doing is about our pitching staff. Well our lack of it. Nobody can stay healthy or pitch well.

im a Yankee fan and im not moaning about A-Rod...he's doing amazing so far this season but yea i agree we should be moaning about the pitching more than anything...we need a lot of work on that and thats one of our weakest areas....but the Yankees are still great. Every team goes through those slumps like Philadelphia in the begining of the season they lost sooo many games but now they just had like a 6 or more game winning streak or something like that. i believe that the Yankees will get their act together once everyone gets off the DL. We have so much potiential and we are a really great team. The Yankees still rule all of MLB in my eyes and they will rule 4ever. GO YANKEES!!!

Who's moaning about A-Rod??? He's the only reason the Yankees aren't totally in the gutter right now. Anyone will tell u he's helped keep them afloat so far. But yeah, the pitching right now is really pitiful. However, i'm confident it'll settle in soon though. Right now we really have to depend on our bats to do most of the work. Hopefully, our pitching can at least keep us in the games for the time being...... It's a looooooooong season! no need to panic now.

I don't think many of them are moaning about A-rod at this point. Some might because he isn't hitting a home run every game which they seem to want out of him, but most of them are more realistic than that. He came out of the gate better than anyone in the history of the game so he had to cool off some. Most of them are moaning about their pitching, but not as much since Clemens is back now.

You're moaning about A-Rod we're not. He's kicking *** and taking names. The Pitching staff is definetly hurting but We're coming. Rest assured we're coming.
