I have no idea why you think this question is a joke, im serious, you have to be loose when you dance, not stiff.

I think you mean, "... dance so stiffly?" The word "stiff" was used incorrectly.
To answer your question: Unlike you, President Bush doesn't spend hours every day in front of a mirror, practicing dance moves. He's too busy trying to keep you safe and secure.

he does no kind of exercise
or any kind of dance lessons he knows

For the same reason my doctor told me when i complained about pain in my knees, HE'S OLD. Don't get me wrong , there's nothing wrong with getting older. I just entered my 50's and if anyone in their 20's thinks they can hang with me on one of my Vegas weekends their welcome to try. I still play a mean 1st base also.
