i want to be on a swimming team but don't no where to go but the Y maybe u can give me some helpful hints on where to go?? well plz plz help me to find some places to be on a swim team thx so much

The first place I would go to find out would be your local park district. Most park districts have aquatics programs. Some of these have swim teams, but even if they don't, they should definitely know where the best one is for you to join.

Use the USA Swimming database to search your city. The database will list all affiliated teams and clubs in your area. Being on a affiliated team isn't a requirement but it IS a bonus!!

ask around school if there is a swim team and look on school websites.
