I cant find any preteen friendly ballroom classes in the richmond area. I know I am young but I want to start young. I have always loved ballroom (as well as my current hip hop, jazz, and ballet) but can anyone help me find a dance studio in richmond.

I started when the high school introduced it in an after hours program. It was open to all ages so you could try your local school districts and park districts as well. After that I went on the Internet and found local studios that I had never known existed. I am happy for you to start at an early age. Dancing is an art you will enjoy all your life.

Richmond, CA? Yeah, there is no ballroom there as far as I know. How far are you from San Francisco? If not too far ask your parents to take you to Genesis Dance Academy. Or see if you can find something closer in this dierctory: http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/Studios/Default.asp
