as far as i know, NO! The commercial states that you should not get this vaccine if you are trying to (or are pregnant) or nursing, but as always... check with your doctor to be sure!

Its given as 3 injections over a six month period, and you should not get it if you are pregnant. So, if you would not conceivably be able to continue with the vaccination due to pregnancy, you should wait.

The pamphlet says no, but check with your doctor. Also, the vaccine is meant for girls who are not yet sexually active to be the most effective. Granted, it can't hurt even though you are! Also, you aren't supposed to get it after age 26, but I don't know how old you are. Check with your doctor to be sure.

If you attempt to get the vaccine, the doctor will advise you but I would encourage you not to count on the assumption. Please, please, please do not rely solely on the advice of anyone participating in this forum and don't assume that your doctor will tell you. ASK. As far as I know it is not safe to receive the vaccine while pregnant or nursing.
