I have reported them and it doesn't do any good. They never get fired. I think they all were in the penitentuary at one time or another.

I actually had a manager scream at me that the reason my hamburger was wrong was because I didn't know how to order it.

I don't eat fast food anymore and I don't miss it. I'd rather pay 1.00 more and get a really good hamburger from a better restaurant than be frustrated by the cold food and the lousy service.

I report it if it is really bad or rude. But I alwasy wait and call after I have left. I don't want them coming after me.

I also call and tell the owner/manager if I have a really good server. Fast food workers don't get tips to show them if they are doing a good job, so I try to help them out.

In my opinion, even if provoked, no one working with the public should ever act in a threatening manner. Don't care how bad a day he or she is having, or whatever other excuse people can come up with to excuse rudeness. I would absolutely report it,

I thought it was the norm for fast food workers to be rude.

I guess I just kind of assume that rudeness/boorishness comes with the territory. Now, if it was a NICE place, I would be surprised and would say something.

Yes. I would've gone straight to his manager and reported him. Or I might have written a letter detailing exactly what happened and recommending that he loses his job immediately.

It depends how bad they treated me. If it is only a minor issue, I would just let it go;if it was something that really offended me, I would talk to the manager and/or fill out one of those comment slips.
