First, factorise 7776: if you repeatedly take out factors of 2 and 3 you should get 7776 = (2^5) (3^5).
So 1/7776 = 7776^(-1) = ((2^5) (3^5))^(-1)
= 2^(-5) . 3^(-5).

Negative exponents move something from the numerator to the denominator or vice versa
so 1/7776 = 7776^-1

The negative exponent means 1 over the same number to the same positive exponent.
