The scandal with Randall Tobias is that there's no sex involved. This former CEO of Eli Lily and presumed business whiz paid $300 for massages--without sexual extras--in a Washington, DC, market where you can get a decent hour of massage (straight, no hanky-panky) for $150-200 at your home or office. How can you trust the managerial judgment of somebody who makes this type of decision. You can be sure that, if this were a Clinton Administration, a massage scandal would at least involve a "happy ending."
