Hello penguinmaster4,
Do a Google search, otherwise cruise around the Apple web site (they have a search area too). There's even a Discussion area about Boot Camp:
http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1165
Using the same copy of Microsoft Windows on a different computer is kind of against the copyright laws, so there isn't going to be many "on the record" information about doing what your are suggesting.
Best of luck.

If you're trying to get out of the Army by not making any sense, you've got my vote.
I don't believe there's a virtual boot camp... is there?

Dell's Operating Systems are tied to its hardware. It may allow you to install, but when it tries to activate it will lock you out.

No. It will install, with a key, but will try to get you to activate. Then, it will disable itself since you won't be able to activate it that way.
Buy a legit copy or use a volume license (and cd).
