i would go to a dermotologist for a perscription cream they work best. but as much as you think so people most likely arn't staring at your legs. i would definatly go to a dermitologist because some of the creams i saw listed by other answerers might irritate your skin even more. good luck.

my daughter has the same problem. make sure when you shave you use a shaving cream for dry skin, then follow with a good lotion like keri or nivea. you might have to lotion 2 times a day. also using really hot water dries out your skin, so try to take warm showers instead.

shave with baby oil and that should leave your leave skin glowing for a while. If they are really dry use thick lotion or vaseline and then wrap your legs and leave it like that while you sleep, thats if your problem is that severe.

Get "Cocoa Butter Cream" Its sold in little yellow jar-like containers. Do you have a "Walgreens" store close to you? Its only like 99 cents there.

drink lots of water.
if you use a lot of hot water in the shower, try to make it a little cooler.
try jergen's lotion or aveedo. they're both really good.

aquaphor!!
you can get it in any drug store,
its a little like vaseline in its consistency but it will definately make your legs less dry, and works really well
also, you can use it on your hands, by applying it then wrapping your hands in cellophane for like an hr, then taking it off
and you should have the softest hands like ever

I shave with regular shaving cream and then again with an exfoliant with a slightly older razor so i dont make the blade dull. for the dryness rub some vaseline on them.
